HYDRESS® Hydrogel Dressing is a crosslinked polymer-based hydrogel sheet that provides and maintains a moist wound environment.

HYDRESS® Hydrogel Dressing is indicated for skin ulcers (leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers), minor burns (first- and second-degree), minor wounds (superficial wounds, skin tears, donor sites), radiation burns, partial-thickness wounds, and scrapes (abrasions). Intended for use on dry to lightly exuding wounds.
Do not use on moderate to heavy draining wounds. Intended for use on dry to lightly exuding wounds. Not to be used by persons with a known sensitivity to hydrogel or similar polymer materials.
Do not use if package is damaged. If wound shows signs of infection, wound color or and/or odor change, or does not show any signs of healing, consult your doctor immediately. Keep this product out of the reach of children. For external use only. Single use only.
There are no known adverse reactions.
Store in sealed package at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat or humidity.

HYDRESS® Hydrogel Dressing should completely cover the wound bed and can be cut if necessary.
Cleanse wound prior to HYDRESS® Hydrogel Dressing application.
Remove dressing from package and discard blue release liner from dressing.
Apply HYDRESS® Hydrogel Dressing directly to wound with gel side down.
Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing to maintain a moist wound environment. Dressing may easily be cut to size.
Change frequency depends on the amount of exudate present and the condition of the wound.
