KeragelT® is a low viscosity, quick drying, keratin-rich hydrogel dressing.

KeragelT® is designed for use on all acute and chronic wounds and on intact skin for strengthening and scar management. It has minimal exudate handling capacity and so is indicated for dry wounds.

Non/Minimally Exudating Wounds
Cleanse the wound in accordance with normal procedures. Ensure that the skin surrounding the wound is dry. Open the keragelT® tube using the piercer cap to break the nozzle seal. To ensure sterility, sanitize the piercer cap before using. Apply a layer of keragelT® to cover the entire wound surface, rub in if required. Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing if required.
Change dressing 3-7 times per week.
