Note: Maxorb® Extra Ag+ may be cut to fit if necessary.

Removal & Change Frequency

Maxorb® Extra Calcium Alginate may be left in place for up to 7 days. Dressing change frequency will depend on the amount of drainage.
To remove, first remove the cover dressing, then remove Maxorb® Extra from the wound bed. If the dressing has adhered to the wound bed, moisten with solution or wound cleanser to loosen before removal.
