Non/Minimally Exudating Wounds
When applying after toe-nail removal or to an open wound: prepare wound site by cleaning as needed. Remove dressing from the package. Fold under toe first. Overlap toe to make a waterproof seal. Wrap down around toe. Do not get the gel wet.
When applying to intact skin or directly to toe-nail: be sure to make a waterproof seal to protect the gel from water. The product may be worn in the shower if the tape is properly secured.
Change dressing as needed, if leaking occurs and/or if the dressing becomes highly saturated with exudate. The dressing may be left in place up to seven days.
