Lauren Hartlaub is the Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management at Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries. She has seven years of experience in long term care focused in leadership within many different roles. Her specialty is in the skilled nursing field and this allows her to provide her expertise when looking to streamline process and improve systems with the nursing teams.

Lauren is a graduate of the Leading Age Wisconsin Leadership Academy, a Registered Nurse, a Certified Wound Care Nurse, a Certified Long Term Care Clinician and is currently working on the Risk Management Certification. Lauren focuses her time and efforts on providing a systemic approach to areas of improvement and looks for ways to create efficiencies for caregivers to spend time with their residents.
