Indications

Suprasorb® P Hydrophilic Foam Dressings are indicated for the management of moderately to highly exuding acute and chronic wounds.

Warnings and Precautions

Use with caution on dry and low-exudate wounds.

Storage Requirements

Store at room temperature.

Mode of Use/Application

Prepare wound and surrounding skin according to current protocol. Select appropriate size dressing. Remove Suprasorb® P from sterile pouch. Remove protective liner (border only). Apply to wound surface. Apply secondary dressing or bandaging as appropriate.

Removal & Change Frequency

Suprasorb® P and Suprasorb® P Border may remain in place for up to 7 days or until fluid approaches the edges of the dressing.

Additional Recommended Dressings

Secondary adhesive dressing (eg, Suprasorb® F) or bandaging (non-bordered only).

Construction

Perforated wound contact layer, absorptive foam core, and breathable polyurethane top layer.
Suprasorb® P Border replaces the clear polyurethane top layer with a breathable adhesive polyurethane film to create an island (border) self-adhesive format.
