Indications: 

DevraSorb™ Dressings are indicated for use in the management of acute and chronic partial- and full-thickness wounds such as stage I-IV pressure ulcers, skin graft donor and recipient sites, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, arterial wounds, venous insufficiency ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, and traumatic wounds.

Contraindications: 

Not compatible with hypochlorite solutions.

Storage Requirements: 

Store between 0°C and 50°C.

How Supplied/Sizing: 
Non-adhesive: 3"x3", 4"x4", 4"x4(1/2)", 4"x13", 6"x6". Adhesive: 4"x4" (2"x2(1/2)" pad), 6"x6" (4"x4(1/2)" pad).

Mode of Use/Application: 

Prepare the wound according to wound management protocols. If necessary, properly debride the wound prior to first use. Select a DevraSorb™ dressing that is at least (1/2)"-1" larger than the wound. Dry the surrounding skin thoroughly. Place the DevraSorb™ dressing on the wound bed with the absorbent foam side against the wound. For the non-adhesive dressing, secure using medical grade tape, gauze wrap, elastic wrap or other fixation.

Removal & Change Frequency: 

DevraSorb™ dressings may be left in place up to seven days. Change if fluid reaches an edge of the dressing.
