Advazorb® Sacral Hydrophilic Foam Dressing is a soft silicone hydrophilic foam dressing anatomically designed for the sacral area.
• Minimizes pain and trauma associated with dressing change or removal
• Prevents disruption of newly formed granulation tissue, helping the healing process
Advazorb® Sacral Hydrophilic Foam Dressing is for all exuding wounds on the sacral area. Suitable for acute and chronic wounds, cuts and abrasions, superficial burns, surgical wounds, diabetic ulcers, and pressure injuries.
Do not use on arterial bleeds, sinus, cavity wounds, or heavily bleeding wounds.
Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and keep dry.
Hypertrophic Scars/ Keloids
Moderate/Highly Exudating Wounds
Non/Minimally Exudating Wounds
Apply to wound with white silicone facedown, allowing a minimum 2cm border overlap around the wound area. Do not cut Advazorb® Sacral Hydrophilic Foam Dressing.
Can be left in place for up to 7 days but should be changed immediately if strike through is apparent or when dressing reaches capacity. If exudate is visible around the edges of the dressing, this is a clear indication that a dressing change is required. Clinical observation is necessary to determine required frequency of change.
