AMERX® Hydrocolloid Dressing - Thin is for use as a primary dressing over dry and lightly exudating chronic and acute wounds.
Contraindicated for use on third-degree burns or if there are known sensitivities to the dressing components.
Protect periwound skin as needed. Should any signs of redness or irritation appear, discontinue use and consult a health care professional. In the presence of infection, product use may continue in combination with appropriate antibiotic therapy and wound monitoring under medical supervision.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.

Dressing size should extend a minimum of (1/2)" beyond the wound border. Cleanse wound with sterile saline solution. Remove paper liner and place dressing directly over wound and surrounding skin without tension. Carefully smooth the edge of the dressing to ensure proper contact with the surrounding skin.
Change the dressing as indicated by the amount of drainage (up to seven days).
