CuraVance™ Bordered Silicone Foam Ag Dressing is a multilayer antimicrobial wound care dressing. Outermost polyurethane film is impermeable to water and bacteria but allows vapor and oxygen transmission. Absorbent core is able to remove infectious exudate from the wound bed and avoid maceration while maintaining a moist environment. Soft silicone adhesive allows atraumatic dressing removal.
• Ionic silver provides a sustained and broad antimicrobial activity
• Soft and hypoallergenic silicone adhesive acts as a wound contact layer
• Highly absorbent core minimizes maceration while providing a moist wound healing environment
• Semipermeable polyurethane film acts as a liquid barrier while allowing the passage of oxygen and water vapor
• Conforms to body contours for maximum patient comfort
CuraVance™ Bordered Silicone Foam Ag Dressing is intended for moderately to heavily exuding wounds, including full-thickness chronic and acute wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure injuries, cavity wounds and diabetic foot ulcers.
Room temperature.
