NewEra®I & NewEra®II NPWT Pump and Kits
NewEra®I & NewEra®II non-foam NPWT systems promote both wound bed preparation and closure using PhaseOne® HOCl solution to penetrate and disrupt biofilm and Cutimed® Sorbact® Compress microbe-binding wound filler.
NewEra® NPWT systems are indicated for use in acute, extended and home care settings to promote wound healing by secondary or tertiary (delayed primary) intention by preparing the wound bed for closure, reducing edema, promoting granulation tissue formation and perfusion, and by removing exudate and infectious material.
NewEra® NPWT systems are indicated for use on patients with chronic, acute, traumatic and dehisced wounds, partial-thickness burns, diabetic ulcers, pressure injuries, flaps and grafts.
Contraindicated for use on necrotic tissue with eschar, untreated osteomyelitis, malignancy in wound (with exception of palliative care to enhance quality of life), and non-enteric and non-explored wounds.
