Faulkner
RN, ADN, WCC, OMS

Sally Faulkner began nursing as a second career in 2010. In her first semester of nursing school, she fell in love with wound care. After the requisite Med Surg foundation of three years, she started specializing in wound care in an LTAC, progressing from there to a level one trauma center and teaching hospital. The idea to focus on education was spurred by a new graduate nurse who was worried about a "yellow and slimy wound" and asked Sally to have a look...it was xeroform. Sally realized how little education nurses receive in school, related to wound and ostomy care, and the rest is history
