3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Dressings are super absorbent dressings that absorb and retain exudate.
• Sterile, super absorbent dressing for use on exuding chronic wounds
• Absorbs exudate and locks it away inside the dressing, helping to reduce skin maceration
• High absorption and retention enables fewer dressing changes and minimizes disturbance to the wound
3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Dressings are suitable for use on exuding wounds including leg ulcers, pressure injuries, and diabetic foot ulcers.
3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Dressings are suitable for use under all forms of compression.
Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the components of 3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Dressings (sodium polycrylate, viscose, polyethylene terephthalate, vinyl acetate). There are no known side effects of 3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Dressings.
3M™ Kerramax Care™ Super-Absorbent Dressings should not be used on: eyes, mucous membranes, or tendons, due to the risk of dehydration; any cavity or sinuses, as the dressing will swell on absorption; dry wounds, as the absorption capacity may cause sticking to the wound or cause the wound to dry out and become painful.
