Indications

NOTraum Extra Silicone Foam Dressing is indicated for use on pressure injuries, leg ulcers, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, donor sites, skin abrasions, post-operative wounds, lacerations and abrasions.

Warnings and Precautions

Single-use product. Do not use if pouch is damaged or open. Do not use with oxidizing agents, i.e., hypochlorite solution or hydrogen peroxide. Should not stay on wound more than seven days or 30 days when used continuously.

Adverse Effects/Reactions

If reddening or sensitization occurs, discontinue use.

Storage Requirements

Store in a cool, dry place and avoid light.

Mode of Use/Application

Remove release film and apply adherent side to wound. Dressing should overlap dry surrounding skin by 1cm to 2cm for smaller size and 5cm for larger size.

Removal & Change Frequency

Change dressing three times per week.

Use with MPM Hydrogel Wound Dressings on dry or necrotic wounds.
