Indications

Polyderm™ Plus is indicated for use on dermal ulcers (pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, secreting lesions), second-degree burns, donor sites, tube sites, lacerations, cuts, abrasions and other superficial wounds.

Mode of Use/Application

If necessary, cleanse/flush wound with saline or other non-irritating solution. Peel back the release liner from the center to expose the foam. Center foam over the wound and press foam and tape in place.

Removal & Change Frequency

Leave the dressing in place unless it is uncomfortable, leaking or there are signs of clinical infection; no longer than suggested by manufacturer or health care provider. To remove, gently/carefully lift edges and peel dressing off. Dispose of soiled dressing per institution's policy.
