Indications

PressureOFF™ Customizable Offloading Insoles are for use with diabetic foot ulcers, pre-ulcerative hot spots, ulcers in remission, calluses, corns prominences, bone spurs, lesions, wounds, IPKs, metatarsalgia, sesamoiditis, pressure points, fat pad atrophy, sensitive and insensitive areas, friction zones, and surgical sites.

Warnings and Precautions

As with most offloading techniques, watch for wound ring edema and edge abrasion.

How Supplied/Sizing
Supplied per each for right or left foot. Unisex, scissor-trimmable sizes. Medium fits up to men's 9, large fits up to men's 12, extra large fits up to men's 15/16.

Mode of Use/Application

Scissor-trim precisely to patient's original shoe insole, foot bed, or foot shape. Test for comfort. Gently remove plantar pegs to offload targeted areas. Test for comfort and offloading accuracy. Adhere, scissor trim PegSaver stabilizer base to bottom of insole. Insert in shoes, test for comfort and fit. Replace insole when materials lose their offloading effect.

Construction

Poron® or Plastazote® top layers, EVA and Poron® bottom layers, and removable pegs.
