Indications

AMERX® Foam Dressings are for use as primary dressings over moderate to heavy exudating chronic
and acute wounds.

Contraindications

Contraindicated for use on third-degree burns or if there are known sensitivities to the dressing components.

Warnings and Precautions

Protect periwound skin as needed. Should any signs of redness or irritation appear, discontinue use and consult a health care professional. In the presence of infection, product use may continue in combination with appropriate antibiotic therapy and wound monitoring under medical supervision.

Storage Requirements

Store in a cool, dry space. Avoid storage in direct sunlight.

Mode of Use/Application

Dressing size should extend a minimum of 1" beyond the wound border. Cleanse wound with sterile saline solution. Place dressing directly over wound and surrounding skin. Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing.

Removal & Change Frequency

Change the dressing as indicated by the amount of drainage.
