Mode of Use/Application

Before applying the dressing, clean the wound area with appropriate wound cleanser and dry the surrounding skin. Ensure that the surrounding skin is free free from any oil-based products. Choose a dressing size and shape to ensure that the central pad is at least 1cm larger than the wound area. Hold the dressing over the wound and line up the center of the dressing with the center of the wound. Smooth the dressing over the wound and ensure that the dressing is adhered all around the wound.

Removal & Change Frequency

The dressing should be changed when clinically indicated (e.g., leakage, bleeding, increased pain, suspicion of infection). Maximum recommended wear time is seven days. To remove the dressing, press down gently on the skin and carefully lift one corner of the dressing. Continue until all edges are free. Carefully lift away the dressing and discard according to local clinical protocols.
