Cork Medical's NPWT Black Foam is designed to be used in conjunction with a negative pressure wound therapy system to aid and promote wound healing by removing excess exudates, infectious material and tissue debris.
• High tensile strength foam is durable, flexible and can be cut to contour a variety of wound shapes and sizes, allowing for an individualized fit
NPWT Black Foam is indicated for use on full-thickness injuries, skin grafts, partial-thickness burns, skin flaps and for incisional line management.
Contraindicated for use when there is malignancy of the wound, untreated osteomyelitis, non-enteric and unexplored fistula or necrotic tissue that is greater than 20% of wound bed.

Do not reuse, reprocess or re-sterilize this product. This device is for single use only. Reuse, reprocessing or re-sterilization may damage the product and may result in injury, infection or death.
Do not use if the individual package is opened or if the package or the foam is damaged. Carefully inspect the product for damage or defects prior to use.
Disposal of used product should follow facility policies or local ordinances relating to the handling of potentially infected or bio-hazardous materials.
Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and humidity.

Use NPWT Black Foam to dress a wound in conjunction with Nisus® Negative Pressure Wound Therapy per the instructions of a prescribing physician. The kit connects to a Nisus® NPWT pump via connection tubing provided within the kit.
