The OWLS Wound Healing System can be used with any orthopedic anomaly that requires stabilization or support to ambulate, relief of heel, mid-foot, forefoot, and delayed closure of amputation site including as a post-operative walking orthosis, post-TAL procedure, Wagner 1-3 wounds where un-weighted ambulation is desired, immediate post-op forefoot or midfoot amputations, post-charcot, and rocker foot support. Used for the prevention and management of pressure injuries caused by ischemia, direct trauma, and/or respective stress often found in persons with diabetes mellitus, Charcot deformity, decreased sensation, and/or paralysis
