Atrauman® Ag is a non-adherent silver-containing antibacterial dressing that provides a moist wound environment. The dressing is comprised of a meshed hydrophobic polyamide textile coated with metallic silver that kills bacteria within the dressing.
Cutimed® Sorbact® with Sorbact® Technology binds hydrophobic bacteria with a physical mode of action and removes them without releasing active substances into the wound. Therefore, antimicrobial resistance is not expected.
