Indications
• For the prevention and healing of heel pressure ulcers as well as diabetic foot syndrome and decubitus
• Braden scale scores of 14 or less
• Diabetes with neurological sensory deficits
• Pedal pulse not palpable
• Paraplegia
• Prolonged immobility or coma
Contraindications
• Wounds on the calf
• Spasticity
• Contraction of the ankle
