There's really two. The first one we already have. It's just a matter of how it's going to get used and how it's going to get adopted and reimbursed so it can move into organizations. And that's the concept of thermography and sub-epidermal moisture measurement to detect skin injury early before you even visualize it. And there are a number of places around the country that are already incorporating this in the ER and the OR and the intensive care unit. And they have been able to get aggressive on prevention strategies, which have then resulted in significant reductions in pressure injury. So I see the early detection as a big window.

I see another is us being more precise in identifying those patients at risk through AI and the use of our EHR. In my perfect world, because that's where I live and I work really hard to get everybody else to hang out in my perfect world, I'd like to put the history, all of that would be in the computer and in the background, there would be a proven—not somebody just creating it without testing it—but a proven predictive model that literally said, this patient's got a 98% chance of developing a pressure injury because of all their risk factors.

As a clinician, I would be like, holy moly, I got to do the full court press here to make sure prevention happens and not have them develop a pressure injury. So I think some of that precision—and then it would allow us, and again, in that perfect world, I would love that 98% and say, by the way, their biggest risk factor is pressure or their biggest risk factor is likely going to be moisture or their biggest risk factor is going to be perfusion issues. So you need to target these components. That greater information allows me as a clinician to use my critical thinking to make the best choices in prevention strategies, in that prevention bundle, to make the right thing happen.
