The IC-1200-WH Vascu-Ease Portable DVT System is intended to be an easy-to-use sequential compression system, for use in the hospital or home setting to help prevent the onset of DVT in patients by stimulating blood flow in the extremities.
• Stimulates circulation
• Reduces swelling
• Reduces pain
• Assists in healing of cutaneous ulcers
• One-button operation
• Compact and fully portable
The IC-1200-WH Vascu-Ease Portable DVT System is intended to reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) for non-ambulatory patients. It is indicated for reducing swelling and pain, as well as accelerating time for healing.
Pneumatic compression is contraindicated for patients with dermatitis, immediately following vein ligation, gangrene, skin grafts, casts or splints, severe arteriosclerosis or other ischemic vascular disease, pulmonary edema, congestive heart failure, suspicion or confirmation of the presence of DVT, infection of the limb (including cellulitis) without appropriate antibiotic coverage for at least 72 hours prior to treatment, presence of lymphangiosarcoma, inflammatory phlebitis, or episode of pulmonary embolism.
Vascu-Ease garments are designed for single-patient use only. Charge batteries using only the power source provided by Bio Compression Systems.
