• Use as a replacement for sutures or other primary wound closure methods
• Patients with known polyurethane allergies
• Do not reuse, reprocess, or re-sterilize.
• Do not use if package is opened or damaged.
• Do not use outside intended use.
• Seek medical attention if signs of infection or allergic reaction occur.
• Do not apply adhesive to wet wounds.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• Do not use internally or below the skin surface.
• Ensure wound edges are properly approximated before adhesive application.
• Avoid excessive moisture during application.
• Ensure dressing adheres properly to the skin.
• Protect Lumitech® dressing from UV exposure during wear.
• If dressing tears or becomes damaged, replace it.

Approximate wound edges and apply Methylidene Malonate adhesive according to instructions. Apply Lumitech® dressing as directed to protect the closed wound and surrounding skin.
Remove dressing as directed by a licensed clinician. Lumitech® dressing may be removed using the UV-assisted removal procedure described in the IFU.
