Patients may be trained to perform some limited functions, but the keypad and device menus are locked by the health care professional to prevent the patient from changing the setting prescribed by the physician. NPWT Cleanse Therapy is generally used for 7-14 days or as ordered by the clinician.
NPWT Cleanse Therapy is part of a complete NPWT wound care system. Nisus® NPWT components and accessories work actively together to promote faster wound healing. See Nisus® NPWT System Instructions for Use for full details.
