Dynarex Corporation has announced the expansion of its wound care and specialized treatment product offerings with the introduction of new collagen dressings, nasal sponges, and additional products designed for post-operative and specialty care settings.

Among the new wound care additions are DynaCol AG Collagen Wound Dressings, which combine purified bovine Type I collagen with silver chloride. According to the company, the dressings are designed to help protect against microbial contamination while maintaining a moist wound environment. Dynarex also expanded its existing DynaCol Collagen Wound Dressing line with a new 7x7-inch size option. The collagen-based dressings form a biodegradable gel intended to support wound protection and hydration.

The company also introduced Dynarex Nasal Sponges for use in nosebleed management and post-operative care. The sponges feature absorbent foam that expands to apply gentle pressure and are individually packaged for convenience and infection-control considerations.

In addition to its wound and postoperative care products, Dynarex launched a coordinated line of black disposable exam garments, drape sheets, and pillowcases intended for medical spas, tattoo studios, and other treatment environments.

“Care environments continue to evolve, and providers need products that support both clinical performance and the overall patient experience,” said Shauna Winston, RRT, RCP, category manager at Dynarex, in a company statement. She added that the new products are designed to address needs ranging from wound care and recovery to patient comfort and workflow efficiency.
