AQUACEL^® Ag Advantage enhanced Hydrofiber^™ dressings are soft, sterile dressings made from two layers of 1.2% ionic silver impregnated sodium carboxymethylcellulose fiber with added ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA) and benzethonium chloride and stitched together with strengthening fibers. AQUACEL^® Ag Advantage combines two technologies—Hydrofiber^™ and MORE THAN SILVER^™—to effectively manage biofilm within the dressing.

AQUACEL^® Ag Advantage SURGICAL cover dressings are sterile, post-operative dressings comprising an inner (wound contact) non-woven pad composed of 1.2% ionic silver impregnated sodium carboxymethylcellulose fiber with added ethylene-diaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA) and benzethonium chloride, stitched with nylon and elastane. Pad is held in place between a top layer of hydrocolloid bound to an outer polyurethane film and a windowed skin contact hydrocolloid layer.

AQUACEL^® Ag Surgical SP dressing is a sterile post‐operative dressing comprising an inner non‐woven pad made of Hydrofiber^® Technology and ionic silver. The pad is composed of a hydrocolloid adhesive (top layer) bound to an outer polyurethane film and a windowed polyurethane film skin contact layer, placed between one layer of acrylic and one layer of hydrocolloid contacting the skin.

Cardinal Health^™ Reinforced Gelling Fibers +Ag are made of non-woven high G alginate with carboxymethylcellulose and ionic silver. Reinforced for intact removal.

Cutimed^® Sorbact^® Hydroactive B is a hydrophobic bacteria binding, absorbent gel dressing with an adhesive border. Combines a highly absorbent hydropolymer matrix that balances absorption and hydration with hydrophobic bacteria binding Sorbact^® technology. It is covered by a semipermeable polyurethane film. The hydrogel fixation border does not contain a natural rubber latex.

DURAFIBER* Ag is a highly absorbent, non-woven, silver containing antimicrobial gelling fiber dressing that absorbs excess fluid while providing a moist environment. The ionic silver in the dressing provides antimicrobial activity against a broad spectrum of common wound pathogens.

Exufiber® Ag+ is an antimicrobial gelling fiber dressing with high tensile strength and retention capacity featuring Hydrolock® Technology. Gels on contact with wound exudate to facilitate moist wound healing and ease of removal during dressing changes.

McKesson Gelling Fiber Dressings with Silver contain ionic silver that effectively manages and suppresses colonization and proliferation of 3 Gram-positive bacteria (vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus (VRE), Streptococcus mutans, and Staphylococcus aureus), 3 Gram-negative bacteria (Enterobacter cloacae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Serratia marcescens) and yeast (Candida albicans) within the dressing for up to 7 days.
