GEMCORE360°™ Silver Hydrogel Dressing is an opaque, amorphous hydrogel that combines the clinical benefits of the standard hydrogel along with silver (Ag ions), a broad spectrum antimicrobial with a fast kill rate. Shown to maintain a high level of antimicrobial effectiveness for up to three days.
• Releases silver at a controlled level for broad-spectrum antimicrobial action
• Fluid management helps provide a moist wound healing environment
• Antimicrobial protection over a broad spectrum of bacteria and fungi
• Kills microbes, but is biocompatible with the tissue cells of healing
• Will not dry out a wound or macerate the surrounding skin
• Not made with natural rubber latex
GEMCORE360°™ Silver Hydrogel Dressing is indicated under the medical supervision of a health care professional for the management of dry to moderate exuding partial- and full-thickness wounds such as pressure injuries, leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers, graft and donor sites, post-operative surgical wounds, trauma wounds (dermal lesions, trauma injuries or incisions), first- and second-degree burns, abrasions and lacerations.
