Gentell Gelling Fiber Ag Dressing  is a carboxymethylcellulose absorptive dressing with silver for wounds with moderate to heavy exudate. A reaction between the fiber in the dressing and the wound fluid creates a gel-like substance that promotes moist wound healing and the formation of granulation tissue. The gelling fiber facilitates the removal of dead, damaged and infected tissue from the wound and manages drainage to reduce the risk of periwound maceration.
