Indications

Multipad is used for:
• Dermal ulcers
• Diabetic ulcers
• Abdominal wounds
• Infected wounds
• Superficial wound
• Lacerations, cuts, and abrasions
• Donor sites
• Second degree burns

Contraindications

• Not used for second degree burns
• Not for use on patients with a known allergy to the pad components (rayon and polypropylene)

Warnings and Precautions

• Single use only
• Sterile unless package has been opened or damaged
• Do not use if package is open or damaged
• Reuse may result in infection or cross-contamination
• Not for use on wounds being treated with PEG-based ointments

Mode of Use/Application

1. Remove MultiPad™ from package.
2. Place directly on the wound with the non-adherent contact layer against the wound.
3. Secure with tape, roll gauze, or stretch net.
4. Change dressing as needed.

Removal & Change Frequency

Change dressing as needed based on wound condition and drainage.

Additional Recommended Dressings

Tape, roll gauze, or stretch net for securement.
