Indications

Stratasorb® Composite Island Dressing is indicated for use on pressure injuries, partial- and full-thickness wounds, and incision sites.

Contraindications

Contraindicated for use on third-degree burns or patients with a known sensitivity to components of the dressing.

Recommended Use

Pressure Ulcers

Mode of Use/Application

Clean and dry the wound area. If using as a primary dressing, open and apply using release liner. Smooth into place to ensure adhesion. If using as a secondary dressing, first apply the primary dressing, then apply Stratasorb®.

Removal & Change Frequency

Dressing can remain in place up to 7 days. Change the dressing as indicated by the amount of drainage or as frequently as the primary dressing indicates.
