Moderate/Highly Exudating Wounds
Prepare wound and surrounding skin according to current protocol. Select appropriate size dressing. Remove Suprasorb® P from sterile pouch. Remove protective liner (border only). Apply to wound surface. Apply secondary dressing or bandaging as appropriate.
Suprasorb® P and Suprasorb® P Border may remain in place for up to 7 days or until fluid approaches the edges of the dressing.
Secondary adhesive dressing (eg, Suprasorb® F) or bandaging (non-bordered only).
Perforated wound contact layer, absorptive foam core, and breathable polyurethane top layer.
Suprasorb® P Border replaces the clear polyurethane top layer with a breathable adhesive polyurethane film to create an island (border) self-adhesive format.
