Suprasorb® P Hydrophilic Foam Dressings manage low to high wound exudate levels and are ideal under compression. Soft and flexible. Available with or without skin-friendly adhesive border.

Suprasorb® P Foam Dressings are indicated for the management of moderate to highly exuding acute and chronic wounds.
Use with caution on dry and low exudate wounds.
Store at room temperature.

Moderate/Highly Exudating Wounds
Prepare wound and surrounding skin according to current protocol. Select appropriate size dressing. Remove Suprasorb® P from sterile pouch. Remove protective liner (border only). Apply to wound surface. Apply secondary dressing or bandaging as appropriate.
Suprasorb® P and Suprasorb® P Border may remain in place up to seven days or until fluid approaches the edges of the dressing.
Secondary adhesive dressing (ex Suprasorb® F) or bandaging (non-bordered only).
Perforated wound contact layer, absorptive foam core and breathable polyurethane top layer.
Suprasorb® P Border replaces the clear polyurethane top layer with a breathable adhesive polyurethane film to create an island (border) self-adhesive format.
