Warnings and Precautions

• Do not reuse, reprocess, or re-sterilize.
• Do not use if the package or dressing is opened or damaged.
• Seek medical attention if wound symptoms worsen or signs of infection occur.
• Discontinue use if signs of allergic reaction occur.
• Ensure the dressing fully covers the wound.
• If the dressing rips or tears prior to application, discard and replace.

Storage Requirements

Keep dry.
Keep away from sunlight.
Store at room temperature and avoid excessive heat and humidity.

Mode of Use/Application

Cleanse and dry the wound area. Apply the dressing over the wound and smooth into place. Remove carrier film as directed and replace dressing as clinically indicated.

Removal & Change Frequency

Remove dressing gently in the direction of hair growth and replace as clinically indicated.

Construction

Transparent polyurethane film coated with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. Transeal® Plus includes a non-adherent absorbent pad.
