Contraindications

• Third degree burns
• Heavily bleeding wounds
• Individuals with sensitivity or allergic reaction to dressing materials

Warnings and Precautions

• Read and understand all warnings, cautions, and directions before use.
• Do not reuse, reprocess, or re-sterilize.
• Do not use if the package is open, damaged, or defective.
• Seek medical attention if wound symptoms worsen or signs of infection occur.
• Discontinue use if signs of allergic reaction occur.
• If dressings with adhesive borders no longer adhere properly, replace immediately.
• If the dressing becomes ineffective or no longer absorbs, discard and replace.
• Dispose of used dressings according to biohazard policies.

Storage Requirements

Store at room temperature and avoid excessive heat and humidity.

Mode of Use/Application

Cleanse wound and surrounding skin. Apply dressing over the wound with the absorbent pad centered on the wound area. Change dressing as clinically indicated.

Removal & Change Frequency

Change dressing as needed when wet, soiled, leaking, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.
