Contraindications

• Patients with known sensitivity to alginates
• Third degree burns

Warnings and Precautions

• When visible signs of infection are present, use in conjunction with appropriate medical treatment.
• Dermanet Ag+ dressings are for external use only and may not be surgically implanted.
• Discontinue use if signs of sensitivity appear.
• Do not reuse, reprocess, or re-sterilize.
• Do not use if package is open or damaged.

Store this product in a cool, dry place.

Mode of Use/Application

Cleanse the wound. Apply Dermanet® Ag+ directly over the wound and secure with an appropriate secondary dressing if needed. Change dressing according to wound condition and level of exudate.

Removal & Change Frequency

Remove dressing carefully and cleanse the wound prior to reapplication. Change frequency should be based on wound condition and exudate level.

Additional Recommended Dressings

May be used with secondary dressings including gauze, MultiPad®, Stretch Net®, Sofsorb®, or other appropriate securement dressings.
