Indications

revyve™ Antimicrobial Wound Gel is indicated for use on diabetic foot ulcers, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, partial- and full-thickness wounds, large surface area wounds, and surgical incisions.

Contraindications

Do not use if there is a history of allergy to any of the ingredients.
Do not use in combination with anionic surfactants.
Do not use on exposed cartilage.
Do not use or mix with other cleansers, soaps, lotions, or ointments.
Do not use in the middle or inner ear.
 

Warnings and Precautions

For external use only. Do not ingest. Must not be used in or near the eyes. 

Storage Requirements

Store with cap closed at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat. Do not refrigerate or freeze. The product has a use life of up to 60 days after the tube has been opened. Discard 60 days after opening. Unopened product maintains efficacy until labeled expiration date.

Mode of Use/Application

The product should be applied directly to the wound and then covered with an appropriate dressing as needed for up to 7 days. Do not exceed 3oz per month.
