ZeniCOL-Ag is a bone derived collagen dressing with ionic silver. The dressing transforms into a soft gel sheet when in contact with wound exudate to maintain a most wound environment that aids in the formation of granulation tissue and epithelialization. ZeniCOL-Ag removes zinc to inhibit MMP activity as the silver chloride ions provide effective antimicrobial action to prevent colonization of the dressing.
Since 2002, Focus Health Group has grown into a health services company providing pharmaceutical products and a complete line of advanced wound care dressings with the mission to provide quality, effective wound care products to aid in the delivery of optimal patient care and outcomes.

1. Debride and irrigate the wound bed with an appropriate wound cleanser or distilled water before application. The use of saline may affect the efficacy of the silver.
2. Cut the dressing to fit the exact wound size. For heavily exuding wounds, apply the dressing directly to the wound bed. For dry wounds with very little exudate, moisten the wound bed or dressing with distilled water to begin the gelling process.
3. Cover the ZeniCOL Ag with an appropriate secondary dressing.
1. Change the dressing daily or as secondary dressing dictates.
2. Remove the secondary dressing with care. Gently remove ZeniCOL-Ag dressing ensuring the removal does not damage any newly formed tissue.
Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing.
