The Silverlon® Adhesive Strip is a primary dressing to cover a wide variety of acute and chronic wounds. The multiple layers incorporate a silver wound contact layer, an absorbent rayon pad and an adhesive border.

Indications

For OTC use, Silverlon® Adhesive Strips may be used for minor cuts, scrapes, abrasions, and burns.
Under the supervision of a health care professional, Silverlon® may be used for wounds such as: vascular access or peripheral IV sites; orthopedic external pin sites; wound drain sites; surgical incisions.

Contraindications

Contraindicated for use on individuals with a known sensitivity to nylon or silver.
